For a while now, I have been thinking of deactivating my personal Facebook account, and this morning I actually turned thought into action.
I was just tired of always being the one to comment and like and generally taking initiative when talking to people.
I'm not saying I won't ever return to Facebook, but I definitely need a break from it.
I've experienced so many time to get messages from people who I haven't heard from in months, asking me for favors, if I can Photoshop something for them, and I just started to feel like a machine that people could switch on and off whenever they felt like it. Well, no more. I'm a person, a human being, of flesh and blood, and I will no longer accept being treated as anything else.
If you want to stay updated, feel free to follow my Twitter
and of course my website
I want to make it clear that I am not
leaving deviantART, even though you may have noticed my activity on this site has decreased, which has a lot to do with my lack of inspiration to make art, but I'm hoping it will turn around, and I hope I will be able to be more active here now that I don't have Facebook to take my attention.Regarding my Facebook Page
I have given the admin rights to someone who I know very well, and who will try to keep updating it with the deviations, and possibly journals, which I will hopefully post here. So you can keep following that page as well.
